Debesis / Knowledge base / Power dialer
Dials the next number automatically.
A power dialer automatically dials the next number on the list after each call, as soon as the agent is free.
It saves manual dialling and is predictable: every answered call reaches a free agent.
Debesis offers power and predictive dialers; which mode fits depends on the campaign.
