Cases closed without human involvement
Across the ten deployments in the report, automatic closure handled 2,352,204 cases.
Example: 3.72M requests over 12 months, 10 deployments.
Helpdesk, ticketing, call centre and voicebot in one system. Phone, email, SMS and web forms — every request becomes a single case with a number, a deadline and an owner. AI-based automation closes 60.6% of cases without human involvement — with 2.4% reopened.

A bank, cardiac diagnostics, recruitment, tool servicing, a chain of clinics and a coach operator. Each arrived with a different problem. Here is what changed.
Every branch had its own number. Traffic scattered across the organisation, customers reached the wrong place, and with no greeting or IVR about 60% of callers hung up before anyone answered.
One hotline for the whole structure, an IVR with topic queues, call recording and KPI reporting for head office. Abandoned calls fell significantly.
Growing volumes of orders and contacts from patients and doctors were split across separate tools — from the first call, through device shipping logistics, to remote monitoring and reporting.
A PBX with SMS and voice messages, a ticketing system, a patient portal, device inventory and courier and medical integrations. Orders and bookings are created automatically and efficiency rose without adding headcount.
A growing number of recruitment processes and scattered channels — phone, SMS, CRM — with no single workspace. There was also no fast way to reach a large database of carers with offers.
A cloud PBX with Polish and German numbers, IVR with greetings, queuing, recording and statistics, an SMS module for distributing offers and Bitrix24 integration — calls answered and placed straight from the CRM.
Warranty claims, spare-part enquiries and technical support all landed in one mailbox, with no split by topic or priority. Technicians duplicated work because nobody knew who had picked up which message.
A ticketing system replaced the mailbox with topic queues, a clear request lifecycle and a dashboard matched to each role.
The chain ran two tools at once: a separate PBX and a separate system for tagging requests. Two logins, two contexts, manual copying of information — and as the chain grew, so did missed calls and lost appointments.
One environment for the whole chain, with each clinic keeping its own number. A six-person central team and thirteen clinic receptions work in a single system.
Mailboxes were overloaded, there were no call statistics, and callers heard nothing while they waited — they waited in silence.
A ticketing system for email requests and a hotline on the Debesis cloud PBX, integrated with the SIP accounts the company already had — with no replacement of telecoms infrastructure.
How it works
Five ways in, one queue. See what happens to a request from the moment a customer reaches out to the moment the case is closed.

Debesis system
These are the results most often reported by companies that deployed Debesis systems — from ticketing to call centres and voicebots.
Across the ten deployments in the report, automatic closure handled 2,352,204 cases.
Example: 3.72M requests over 12 months, 10 deployments.
The usual objection to automatic closure is that customers come back. The share of reopened cases is 2.4%.
Result: Fewer than two and a half cases in a hundred come back.
Dashboards and reports show team workload, response times and customer satisfaction in real time.
Result: Faster decisions and more control.
