Questions about pricing and billing.

Can I see the platform before deciding?

Yes. We arrange a free demo (remote or on-site at your office) where we show the platform tailored to your support process. After the demo you receive an indicative quote and a plan recommendation.

What does the minimum license at 2 users include?

All plans require a minimum of 2 users: an administrator (managing configuration) and an agent (handling requests). This is the minimum setup that allows you to use the platform effectively. You can add more users at any point during the contract.

Can I change the plan or add a module during the contract?

Yes. You can increase the number of users at any time, add an AI voicebot, enable voice traffic or order databases. Changes are reflected in the next billing period without terminating the contract.

Can I port my existing phone number to Debesis?

Yes. We help port landline and mobile numbers from your current operator. The porting process is free for the customer — you keep your numbers and get new per-minute rates.

How is call billing calculated?

Per-second billing from the first second of the call — there is no minute minimum. Minimum charge per single call: 1 grosz (0.01 PLN) net. Calls within the Debesis network are free.

Is my data stored in Poland?

Yes. The entire Debesis infrastructure (servers, databases, backups) is located in Poland. We meet GDPR requirements without compromise — particularly important for clients in banking, healthcare, insurance and public administration.

Why don’t you publish database prices?

Database pricing depends on many variables: industry, segmentation, volume, freshness, GDPR consent form, enrichment scope. A fixed price list wouldn’t reflect the real value for a specific campaign goal. We prepare quotes within 1–2 days of an initial conversation.

How is Debesis different from other helpdesk vendors?

Most vendors offer 1–2 elements: helpdesk or call center, or VoIP telephony, or SMS gateway. Debesis combines everything in one ecosystem — with one contract, one invoice, one support team. How long does deployment take?

Typical Start plan deployment: 7–14 days from contract signing. Business and Enterprise: 2–4 weeks (depending on the number of CRM/ERP integrations). A dedicated onboarding lead manages the entire process — from configuration to team training.
